My Cat is Sick

my cat Edward Thomas has always eaten Purina cat food, but on November the 18th he started showing signs of weakiness in his legs, would not eat, or drink any liquids, he looks as if his entire body is swollen. I have tried to comfort him as much as possible, he is no better and I can not afford to take him to the vet hospital. He will not even attempt his dry cat food, or even his wet food now. I try to keep his lip moisten. he has been perfectly healthy until Monday. I am so worried and saddened that I will lose my little boy. I have had him for 9 years.

tamm It's extremely serious if he hasn't eaten in a week and a half, life-threatening, in fact, and you can't know whether his condition is due to his food. Your boy absolutely must be seen by a vet ASAP.
