So my kitt Jypsee is already an unusual bugger. She's a black bobtail, but her bobtail is broken (happened in the womb I was told) and looks more like a hook. Anyway, this kitt doesn't knead things like most cats do, instead she balances on her hind legs and digs ferociously, then walks a circle or two and PLOPS down! We call it attack love! :D She'll dig at the blanket in my lap and almost just fall over onto me, or any cat that happens to be laying with me! Below is a picture of her trying to play Minecraft when she was a baby that really shows her hooked "nubbie".

What weird quirks do your cats have?

That sounds adorable!  What a cutie.  I have a cat that 'plops', too--it's the funniest thing.  Once she decides she's ready to lie down, she just sort of falls over on her side instead of lying down normally.  Her name is Zoe, but we call her "Floppy" because of that habit!

I guess the plopping is more common than I thought! I was thinking it reminds me of a dog plopping down, actually, but the digging is hilarious to watch! (Unless of course it's when I'm sleeping, then its startles me awake!)

My one female, Princess, will actually beg for food. She will sit in front of me and put her paw on my leg and stare at me. It is so funny.

Lol, that's funny. I think, given the chance, all cats would beg for food if the got away with it! I know mine don't know the word no when we're eating Dairy Queen Blizzard!

My kitty, Mr R, is a flopper too, he will flop down by my pillow, and then he holds my hands. :) When I pet him he sprawls on his back and begs a belly wub, but his favorite spot to be scratched is is back legs. He extends his legs like a ballerina. Lol.

That's funny! I think every cat has that one spot that they love to have scratched or rubbed. My Spot loves to have his rump scratched, whereas if you even touch my Kiddie's rump, she'll go bat-sh*t!
