Himalayan kittens facial mask (point) - till when does it progress?

Hello all, we are a happy owners of 5 months old Himalayan kitten Charlie. Since this is our first Himalayan cat we

have no experience at all.....I have a question regarding his facial mask. He is Seal point Himalayan and I am curious till what age will his mask grow bigger? At the moment he looks like a grumpy little chap so I am hopping it will get any bigger?

From what I know of pointed cats they continue getting darker as they get older, especially if they live somewhere cold. I guess living somewhere like Bahrain he won't get as dark as quickly as cats in colder climates, but he will darken. It's a gradual process, you probably won't notice it happening. I have a pointed cat that started out with just dark patches around her eyes, now her whole face is dark brown.
