first time mother cat she had her first kitten at 1am third at 3am its now 10:30am she still looks pregnant to me and is heavy breathing. Every time I leave the room she follows me and leads me back to her and kittens. She had moved a kitten at 7am I moved other two to her new location. I'm lying on the floor by her nesting spot because it keeps her calm. When should I get concerned if she still is pregnant with more kittens

I am sorry you haven't had a repy to your post before this.  I am not experienced in cats giving birth but know there can be long gaps between kittens.  There is are some useful articles posted at links at the top of the Caring for Pregnant Cats and Kittens.  If you haven't found them yet and still need some advice here is the link to the one that talks through the birth and the gaps that can happen between kittens.

I will be thinking of you and your mother cat and hoping all is well for her and her kittens.

My queen gave birth to three kittens in four hours then had a 12 hour long gap before her last one came. How are your kittens doing? Did you queen have any more? We could feel the last one moving in her stomach, which is how we knew she still had a baby inside her.

Gaps in between the kittens arent unuusal, and isnt dangerous by itself.

But we dont want to have  difficult labors for the following kittens!  Labors for the consecutive kittens shall be easier and shorter than the first one...

So, if she seems in any trouble, contact your vet!

Good luck!   And please do report!
