One of my cats has just received this diagnosis and his vet recommended either Viokase-V or Pancrezyme.  I've known many with dogs who had issues like pancreatitis and were able to use human pancreatic enzymes to successfully treat them.  This is what I'm considering using(or another human grade product):http://www.iherb.com/Source-Naturals-Pancreatin-8X-500-mg-100-Capsules/6199

I'm looking at paying $11 versus $200.  Has anyone been in a similar situation?  After extensive diagnostics, it's highly likely that we're dealing with feline triad disease.  He's currently on SAMe, silybin, and Tylan(secondary bacterial overgrowth).

I would be careful using human grade supplements without consulting with your vet first. Cats are so sensitive to certain things and even an inactive ingredient could cause problems. I would either purchase a product made for pets or call your vet and tell them the product your considering and they can google it and tell you if its ok to use and how to dose it. People do this all the time at the vet I work at. A lot of times the products do end up being ok if dosed right but it's better to be safe then sorry (esp if kitties already not feeling well). Good luck with kitty, I hope you find something that works for him.
