The next few days are going to be extreamly hot in Australia today 40 degrees (103 degrees F) and Sunday about 45 degrees (113 degrees F) I'm just wondering what I could do to help Frederik. We don't have aircon but 2 fans, I'm just worried that won't be enough for him, he will have his water out I was thinking of having a few out with lots of ice. Is there anything else I can do to help him feel comfortable???

Panting is what you have to watch out for. There are cooling blankets available. I've never tried them, but perhaps some members have and will respond. I had a cat that could not handle the heat. She panted and howled. We would cover a large ice pack with a towel, lie her on it for short periods of time, and wet her down with a sopping wet cool facecloth. We also bought a room AC for her (and us), and last summer, we splurged on central AC which helped tremendously.

Our other cat, with a much thicker longer cat does not mind the heat at all. You may have no problems.

I probably won't, but he is an odd cat.

I was thinking if it does get to him ill let the shower run and he can play in that, he loves the shower.
