Ulcerated Mammary Tumor

My Cookie has mammary cancer and her tumor has ulcerated, I took her to the vet and they gave her an antibiotic and cleaned it up well, I wanted to know if anyone can recommend anything to clean the area so It doesn't become infected again.

I am so very sorry to hear of your cat's diagnosis and that the tumor as ulcerated. :shame: I would be hesitant to suggest anything the vet has not approved but would ask about this. But, again, having not seen the abscessed tumor, please check with the vet. Keeping it clean and dry is very important. for your kitty.
