Anybody ever ordered digital prints from Walmart?

I just ordered 74 digital pictures from Wal-Mart online. This is my first time ordering digital prints and I'd be interested in seeing what others experiences are.

We took a disk of digital pics into WalMart and got prints from them. They were even pretty small, only 480x640 (we have an old digital camera! Megapixel wasn't even a word when we got it.). I was really happy with the quality of the photos. You almost couldn't tell that they were from a digital source.

Glad to hear that! Actually I feel my digital pics look better then my regular film pics.... at least on screen. We'll see how they turn out. I save the ones I want in a higher resolution just for printing.

I've never ordered anything online from Walmart & I haven't heard anyone ordering prints from there either. I've used the Kodak Picture Maker before at the store & you get pretty good prints from there. Their cheap too...it's like 46 cents for a 4x6 print but if you want a 8x10 it's over $5.

Please let me know how they turn out Tammie, I'm curious about it.
OH..did you know that if you order something from Walmart.com & it's not what you want or something is wrong with it, you can bring it to you local Walmart store for an exchange or refund? I just learned that a couple weeks go! Sure saves on having to ship it back & dealing with all of that hassle! Just an FYI for ya!

Yeah I knew that. Thanks! And if you order your digital pics online you can either have them sent to you or you can pick them up at the Wal-Mart of your choice. (But of course I'm still not going into Wal-Mart right now)! I just wanted to try the picture thing... I'm having them sent to me.
