Catalogs during the holidays

We've been getting inundated with catalogs this month. Have you? We tend to get a bunch throughout the year, but during the "season" we get hammered.

American Girl, Mindworks, Legos (somebody knows we have grandchildren)

Chef's, Sur La Table, King Arthur Flour (somebody knows I cook)

LL Bean, Lands End

Gardeners' Supply (Ok, I ordered gardening knee pads and a hat for Dear Richard from that one)

Foster and Smith (A new Da Bird is coming and a new laser light)

Signals

Harriet Carter (my sister calls this one a junk catalog because of the variety of stuff inside. And she usually finds something she can use)

Wine Country Gift Baskets (placed a couple orders last year)

Toscano (awesome gargoyles!)

and others I didn't mention.

I always look through them. May not order much, but I always look through them.

Yes I do get lots of them also and mostly just throw them out.  There are some I do look through tho and then throw them out   I also get loads of places looking for donations which I just can't afford to give.  I wish I could but just cannot.

Getting inundated with donation solicitations. I like to go through the catalogues, seldom ever buy anything. Too expensive. 

We've gotten at least one a day since the beginning of the month, and it's only going to get worse when Advent starts. Most simply get tossed in the paper recycling bin.
