help treatment for lice

I have 8 weeks kitten, She has lice on her coat below her butt, other body parts are ok. what can I do to get rid of it because she can't use frontline yet my doctor said. I have a dish soap and a apple cider vinegar butI don't know ithe procedur ehow to use it effectively. I am putting D.E. the lice won't go away but it doesn't spread around the body because of the D.E. i am applying. Can you help me what can I do to remove the lice

I think probably what your seeing is not lice. It is tape worm segments. If its only near her bottom and looks like small piece of rice. It is tape worm and you should see a vet and get the proper medication to worm your kitten.

I dewormed the kitten 3x already. It is only on  that part and sometimes on his tails. any home remedy?
