Way back when ('70's) I had a cat and a hamster. The hamster was in a "habitrail" with a open hole on the top. The cat would lay on the top with her arm in the hole and reeeeeching for the hamster. The hamster would stay just out of reach and just sit there, happy as could be. The hamster would run up and down through the tubes with the cat swatting at them. I think the hamster thought it was a game. When I took the hamster out and put it on the floor the cat ran and hid.

My Guinea pig is a major attraction
for my Kitties they stick their
paws in her cage and try and play
with her through the bars
until she comes out of the cage, then they
keep their distance cause she's not scared of them lol.

Now I can show my other half how I can own a rat as well as two cats. LOL
