1 1/2 year old cat need advice!!

Hi, in july my cat, Kit-Kat, was being watched my a family member. She escaped and was lost for for a week. 4 weeks after getting her back we discovered she was pregnant. She had 5 kittens 5 weeks ago. One didn't survive but the others are all healthy. I've noticed the last two weeks her stomach is getting g larger. It feels like she's pregnant again but she can't be. She hasn't gone outside since we got her back. She tried to get out twice but each time i bribed her back in less than a minute after she got out. She looks like she's 6 weeks pregnant again and her belly is lumpy. I have been reading up on pyometra but she isn't showing any other sings. She doesn't have a fever her temp stays at 101.5 or 101.9. Shes eatingand drink well her bathroom habits are the same. Has any one else ever had this? I cancan't take her to a vet yet i dont have money until next week. Im gonna get her spayed as soon as the babies stop feeding. Please help

I don't have any experience with this because I've always had my cats spayed/neutered as soon as possible to prevent unwanted pregnancies, but if it IS pyometra, this isn't something to fool around with.  It can be deadly.  

You say she's gotten out twice but each time you've bribed her back in.  Could there have been times you weren't there that she got out and maybe got back in by herself or someone else let her back in?  I'm thinking if she could get out, she could probably get back in, especially to her kittens. 

Can you borrow money from a relative until you get paid next week?  In the meantime, I'm going to have your thread moved over to the  Pregnant Cats and Kitten Forum to see what they think.

Thanks i wasn't sure where to put it im new to this. I don't have anyone i can borrow money from. Im trying to get pet insurance to see if it will help me but im not sure. We were gonna get her fixed but didn't have the funds for it. She had finished her heat before i sent her to get watched so i was very surprised when her tummy started to move. Anyways im also trying to get a small loan. In the summer time i keep a window open for her to go out but once i got her back the window stayed closed. The only other way out is when i put my dogs outside. When the babies were born she didn't even attempt it she was content on staying with the little ones. Shes only been trying to go out for two weeks now was successful only the two times. No one else but me and my husband put the dogs out. I have no kids. Also i live in the Bush and the only cat around here that's male is fixed.
