I've had many cats in my life, my mother bred sames when I was young.
But now I've tiger lilly. I introduced her to my 4 yo cow cat brady and he just howls upstairs. Anyway this kitten is nutty. The owner knows nothing of its heratage, the mom got out and got pregnant, lol. So I took one to help the neighbor out, gave her $30.00 toward spaying the mom, who was stripy as a kitten, but now all black. sometimes I think the kitten may have some bengal in her,but I don't even know if that's possible, so she's just my little tabby Tiger Lily saying hello to you all. I'll get a pic of my 4 year old American Shorthair Brady up in a bit. Thank you for the membership

Sweet tabby!  Seems to be silvertipped too.    Do you have more good pics?  Would be fun to see them.

Also from the mother, if possible.

Yes, I thought she was a tabby, but from certain angles she looks spotty.

Its quite common tabbies has some spots on the tummy, without it counting them to be spotted tabby.

Although it may be possible she shall count as broken mackerel tabby, not mackerel tabby.   This broken means of course, there are more occasions to be "spot-alike".

Although what is spotted and what not may differ with association.  I saw on a swedish breeder forum, someone had a typical mackerel tabby, but asked if she should reregister it as spotted tabby.

The cat had 7 spots on the tail.  And the regulation was, if there were more than 4-5 spots, it shall count as spotted tabby...

In Sweden we usually do belong to the big European associaton Fife.

Good, :) I'm glad she looks like a tabby to others as well, she is crazy and wild very kittenish as she should be. I just want to make sure she won't grow into some half wildcat breed. My home is small and I would not have room for a kitty wheel, for a kitten I'm amazed at how fast she runs around, maybe I should have named her flash.
