Good morning!

1.- DID you know about the Chia Seed benefits?

I did, but only because I was originally interested in feeding them to my birds for their benefit!
Just a note for anyone planning to soak or sprout chia seeds... they turn the water around them into this weird gelatinous substance, but once you touch it or smush, it shatters back into water!

2.- Are you adding somethins at your daily diet to control your weigth?

Nope.

3.- Are you drinking some special to keep your weight?

Just water and tea, because it's all I drink.
People say both are good for weight control, lol.

3.- Are you drinking some special to keep your weight? Not right now. I want to work on losing weight and exercising, I am just waiting until I've had my 6 week check up after baby was born.

well, being honest I have not a lot of time for do excercise...:frust: at least go to walk...:disa:

I have the purpoise to do, beacuse that´s the key for keep a healthy weigth,...:nod:

So answering my own question :think:

1.- DID you know about the Chia Seed benefits? No (but I have read it 3 weeks ago :rolleyes: ... )
2.- Are you adding somethins at your daily diet to control your weigth? Being honest, No,.. Try to not eat a lot of fry food and less pop sodas too...:nod:
3.- Are you drinking some special to keep your weight? but now only water with chia seeds...:nod:
