My cat Lily is 3 yrs old. She I believe is allergic to fleas. In the beginning.of the summer I didn't catch them soon enough, and she got bites n scabs all over. Now its fall, we have moved 700 miles away, I know positively that she has no fleas. She was all healed up. I bought her a halter, it was very soft material, no metal that would come in contact with her skink. I let her ware it daily before we moved so she would used to it, we arrived in our new home oct,29 14 she continued to wear it for 2 more days. I then removed it. That nite I noticed these bumps on her back shoulders, neck, chest , head ,and 1 on her nose..the bumps were different than her flea bite scabs. They r the size of the top of a pencil eraser, then they turn into scabs.. I don't believe they itch her, she isn't scratching like crazy.. its been 3 days since I took the halter off, yesterday I noticed her bowel movements were soft, not watery just soft. I haven't changed her food since the begining of oct. I was trying to see if the previous cat food maybe caused the earlier prob with scabby itchy rear part of her body and stomach, sometimes under her neck.. I feel changing her food has helped... Do u think the stress of the move could of done this?? She doesn't, n didn't seem stressed to me, she has settled in nicely...... all comments welcome. Lori

Could be ticks, chiggers, or any multitude of other insect like bites.  I'd go see a vet.  Does she wear a flea/tick collar or have other flea/tick treatments done? I'd recommend it.  Is she outdoors at all?
