I have a 2 year old female cat, a few months ago she started getting scabs around her neck. I assumed it was my male cat because when they fight its right where his claws would be. I keep his nails trimmed as often as I can to make it so he couldn't hurt her anymore. I suspected she may have fleas (never seen them but my make cat had flea dirt on him)so I gave them both flea baths and bought frontline and applied it about 3 weeks ago. However, the scabs are now on her neck and stomach. What can I do to help her? I plan on going to the vet Monday but now that I know there spreading what can I do :/ they don't seem to cause discomfort they may itch though.

Does she go outside? Have contact with cats that don't belong to you? It might be ringworm.  See your vet.

I live in an apartment and if she gets to close to the front door she hides in terror, and the only other cat she's around is my male cat. I did take her a few months back to get spaded but I'm not sure it was around the same time or not.

ok well there are many things that can cause skin reactions and only a vet can really tell you ehat's going on.
