Am from Canada and pay $45 for 30 cisapride at vets...will be travelling to US for 2 months and wondering if I should bring 2 months cisapride with me or is it cheaper and readily available at Vets in Alabama?

I pay $18 for 20 pills from my vet here in Maryland.  I'll leave it to you to see that works out better for you in terms of exchange rate.  You may want to bring some just in case you're not able to buy Cisapride right away.  Also I'm not sure a vet will give or sell you a prescription without an examination?  So you may have to factor in cost of a vet visit too.

Are you able to order Cisapride from an online pharmacy in Canada?

I would buy it in Canada.  I don't think all vets offices carry it. Cisapride was withdrawn from the US market due to the risk of heart attack in people.  It may be difficult to find a vet in the US that will have it in stock.  All other prokinetic drugs like prucalopride have to be bought online from other countries outside of the US.
