Hello - my cat of 3 years has a hardened 'square' on her belly and on this particular square has a nipple in the center.  The cat has a history of 2 litter of kittens and the last kitten was just adopted out last week.  Why is this hardened area there? What can it be?

Oh no ! You need to get her to a vet as soon as possible. What you are describing sounds like she has mastitis - a very painful condition and it needs treating ASAP

Here's a link that explains about mastitis

I will be uploading a picture soon once my phone charges.  HOWEVER,

As much as I would love to take my precious Harvey to the vet .. I can't .. and it absolutely heart shatters me because I recently spent so much out of pocket expenses on my own medical surgeries and medications that I can't afford a vet atm.  I have read both good and bad results on Mastitis - in which the basic form of it CAN go away on it own as it is just inflammed from too much "levels" of homorones because she WAS in heat.

I found some Amoxcillians that I had for myself and read that I can give it to cats, so to be safe - I will be weighing her and breaking down my antibiotics to give to her.

This cat is highly special to me as it has been down to hell and back with me and my medical problems - she has ALWAYS been there at my side during recovery and now it is time for me to be at her side and I hope we somehow pull through this :\

I would love to take her to a vet, but I can't afford it - I just recovered myself from 3 surgeries and currently still on my 9 month medical leave from Starbucks :\

right now I have 500 mg amoxcillian that I use to take - right now I need to some how weigh my cat and break down the proper dosage as I have experience doing this.  I will take her to a vet Monday first thing - just right now .. I am broke and don't want to wrack up a long "over-night" bill with a vet .. especially over a weekend when most vets don't offer extended care on weekends.

Right now she is eating with the other cat.

1 - It does not appear to hurt her, but doesn't mean it does not hurt.
2 - I gave her a warm bath just now to help loosen any possible blockage.

Does anyone have pictures of their cats going through something similiar?

I am sorry to hear you would have difficulties funding vet care for your cat due to your own recent health problems.  I worry about using any prescription human medications, accurate dosage, potential medication additives that might be harmful for your cat, and any chance the diagnosis might not be acurate enough as while @GemsGem  has said she thinks this sounds like mastitis this may not be correct.  It really does need a vet to determine what is happening.

I don't know where you are living but there are often schemes to try and help people with vet care costs, and there is an article here on TCS with some suggestions.  I hope you find some way to find a way to see a vet and learn exactly what is happening for your cat so she can be helped.

Wishing you well with this, she sounds very special.
