Your first step should be trying to get them to tolerate each other. Friendship may follow once they accept each other's presence, but if they straight up hate each other, it might just be impossible to get them to be friends. You can't force friendship onto any living creature.

Did you try the slow introduction method, in which you slowly introduce the smell of the new cat to the others and then start with gradual visual contact? If not, that should be your first go to option. It might take a few weeks, but this method usually works.

Else, I would start with having enough litter boxes around the house (in your case that would be 5 (one for each cat and one extra)) and serve food at different locations, this could prevent confrontations.

Next I would make sure that all the cats have enough options to stay away or hide if needed, again to limit the amount of direct confrontations.

Over time they should learn to accept the newcomer, but you can't expect them to just start loving an "intruder" overnight.
