When I started using my computer this morning, the bubble from Malwarebytes started popping up continuously saying they have blocked sites. I ran Super Antispyware, Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes scans. Nothing shows up on my computer. So is there a log in Malwarebytes that shows these IP addresses that have been blocked today. My computer does it if I just sit there and move the mouse, not even connected to the internet. There is a protection log for today, but when I open it up, nothing is there. I am signed on here on another computer now because I don't know if I should even have mine turned on, let alone using it for anything. All help appreciated. here

If you navigate to the Malware Dashboard there is a section called History. In there is a section called Application Logs. That should tell you what it has found. Also look in Quarantine.

B berghill Thank you for your answer. I am leaving my computer turned off until I can get it checked over by the person who helps us. There is nothing in Malwarebytes protection log or the Quarantine file. In fact the protection log was there for yesterday, but it was totally blank. It has scanned again today with Malwarebytes, Microsoft Essentials, and Superantispyware. Nothing shows anywhere. But I am want to get it gone over to make sure.
It is weird when the popups from Malwarebytes say Internet Explorer is outbound trying to connect to these IP address that are in the Ukraine and Netherlands. Thank you again for the suggestion.

This problem started about the middle of the month when I had a flag in my Malwarebytes that the malicious website protectection was off. I went in and enabled it. That was the first strange thing I noticed. Then on Saturday my computer started trying to access all these sites and Malwarebytes is blocking them. It does it from Internet Explorer and it happens if the computer is just left turned on and nobody is using it. It also does it if I have Firefox set as the default browser. Has anyone else had a notification that their malicious website protections was disabled. It is the same website that gets blocked constantly. Then that will stop and the computer tries another site.
The tech worked on it two days. It is not fixed. I am on another computer now as I have mine turned off. We are going to give it some time, then the tech is going to try again. He is thinking it is a new problem of some kind and hoping some of the Malware programs will get an update that will catch it. The protection log is now catching all these ip addresses that are being blocked.

It seems that you have installed too many security tools on your system.

occer occer Not the problem. This has long since been fixed by the computer tech. It was a virus that he finally caught with a different cleanup tool.

I recently noticed my computer being extremely slow. We thought it was problems with our router. It had scanned everyday with Malwarebytes, a full scan. Nothing was being found. So two days ago, I decided to run it with a custom scan. I had never done that before. You can click on the areas you want it to scan. Well, it scanned all the start up programs, the files, registry, everything. So it took a long time to complete. But it found three items it quarantined. One was a Trojan virus and two were something call FraudTool.Yac. My computer is working to much faster now. I think from now on I will set my computer at least once a way to run this custom scan. The full scan was just not catching these things. I have no idea how or when they got on my computer.
