Confuse

My 6 day old little kitten has a big tummy. What shall I do? And I observe that he's lousy and kinda sleepy almost often.

Please help! I find him always sleeping today.

Is the mother taking care of him?   Is he drinking milk from mother ?

Yes! His mother never leaves him.

Today,his not drinking a lot like yesterday. He keeps on sleeping. [emoji]128532[/emoji]

It could be different things - worms, FIP, infection  or normal ...  hard to say what it is.    Though, the dark color of the belly doesn`t look good to me but I am not an expert.

If you can afford to go to a vet would be a good idea.
