I'm not sure if I should take Ailee into the vet. This is 5 days after surgery. She's been kept in a XXL dog crate and has had a cone on the entire time so she hasn't been licking it or exerting herself too much. She has also been on antibiotics for the past 5 days because the vet was worried she might get an infection.

Please disregard the lumps. That's from a different condition that has already been diagnosed and is going away because of the spay (mammary hyperplasia).

This was the best pic I could get. She's pretty squirmy.

It doesn't really do justice. Her incision is pretty red... Is there anything I can put on it? She's already on antibiotics...

If it's tender or warm to the touch or looks angry, I'd get her back to the vet.  Otherwise, as the pics show, it looks fine.

It doesn't look infected to me. As stephanietx said, if it feels hotter than the rest of her skin it's a sign that it is infected. Can you get close enough to her to sniff it? I know it sounds odd, but infected wounds have a strange, rotten smell to them. I can't describe it, but once smelt it's never forgotten.

I agree, it looks perfectly fine, and honestly I would remove the cone and allow her to be out and about now. It's been 5 days, and even if she does lick it, it won't hurt her.

It's what they do, clean the smells away and make themselves better :)

An infected incision is quite obvious, hot, RED, swelling, pus oozing/fluid draining/bloody drain.

Her pink area is fine.

Thanks everyone. I'll let her out today even though I'm still nervous lol. She's so hyper!

She needs to be out and about.  Set her free from the cage and the cone and she'll be so happy!  Cats are very good at self limiting when they are in pain, so she'll be okay.

I thought the same thing.  It looks good to me.  Catwoman707 is right as far as symptoms of infections go.  And if she's eating, drinking. peeing and pooping, all is good.
