Jake's Halloween Costume

I finally got around to posting this pic from Halloween! He seems to be saying "Ha Ha, very funny Mom!!!" But I think he looks sooooo cute! His sister wouldn't let me go near her with the bonnet! lol...

Oh my, I don't know whether to laugh or cry! He just looks so....undignified. But you bet I would have tried the same thing.

Makes me think of when I used to put a big festive red bow on Shasta's collar at Christmas time -- only for a couple of days, because she'd come in from outside, park right in front of me and make a BIG show of scratching and pawing at it, with a glare that could only have meant "Mum, will you get this $%#^%^#^#$^ thing off me -- I'm the laughingstock of the neighbourhood!!"

OMG he definitely does not look amused in the slightest hehehe...but he does look cute

I've tried the same with Daisey and she is good at sitting still and humoring me sometimes...I just wish I had better things to put on her...this is a doll's hat I have on her which is a little too big so slightly folded to fit! She isn't amused either but puts up with me anyways! lol
