Its been four months since I got bitten by the cat, but the wound is not fully healed yet. I had two wounds, one is completely well (no scab, just a scar that is fast disappearing!), while the other just keeps scabbing, falling off, forming another scab, and falling off again... Is there anything I could do to quicken the healing process?

I've heard Aloe Vera and/or vitamin E is good. Get some solution/oil /gel and apply.
But (and forgive me if this is too personal) sometimes the person has underlying health issues that delay healing.

UPDATE:
The scab of the unrecovered one fell off, and there is a small, but visible puncture wound... Should i be worried that it hasn't recovered after 4 months, or that I might get an infection? Of be glad that the wound hasn't gotten infected yet?

Yeah so here's the wound. Its on my calf by the way :3 It hasn't gotten any better OR worse over the last three days, other than the fact that the red area around the wound is less red?

It does look infected with red around the wound.  I would see a surgeon to see if it needs opened up and drained.

I had a puncture wound on a finger, not a cat bite but a cat bite is essentially a puncture wound, that wouldn't heal.  It would get worse I would take antibiotics and it would get better then it would get worse again.  I finally had outpatient surgery to remove the area.  I don't remember the term but it had formed essentially a cyst at the bottom of the wound which had to be removed for it to go ahead and heal completely.

Oh my  What's the worse that can happen? Will anything drastic, like my whole leg swelling up, losing the use of my leg, or amputation happen?

The wound on the left looks ok.  The one on the right looks like it is healing, but it also looks somewhat infected.

Do you have diabetes?  People with diabetes tend to heal slower than those without diabetes.

You should go to your family doctor or to a walk-in clinic and have a doctor there look at it. They can take a swab of the wound and determine if you need antibiotics.  It's not an emergency, so you don't need to go running off to an emergency room, but you should see your family doctor soon IE: next week.

In the meantime, apply very warm compresses to the area, and don't pick at it :)   Do you have access to over the counter antibiotic ointments like Polysporin or Neosporin?  If you do, go and get some and after cleaning the wound, apply the ointment and cover it up with a dry clean bandaid or gauze dressing.

I have not seen a cat bite, but I have seen spider bites and tissue underneath becomes dead and necrotic and we have had to take out that tissue to get down to healthy tissue.  Once we are down to healthy tissue it needs cleaned with saline and packed with packing daily until healed.

If it has been four months and is still looking like that, I agree with @Natalie_ca that you need medical intervention.  As a rule, cat bites always infect, so most of us in rescue do start taking antibiotics right away if we get bitten to avoid problems like this.  I know of too many people who have had to have surgical excision of an underlying infection which could have been prevented by taking antibiotics early on.  You might be lucky enough to get rid of this lingering infection by just taking a course of antibiotics now, or it may have formed its own little abscess which may have to have more invasive treatment if the antibiotics dont work.  Your body is keeping it somewhat under control, but four months is a long time for your body to have to fight by itself -- you need to give it a little ammunition so it can win the war here.  Let us know what the doctor or nurse/practitioner tells you to do, and good luck!

UPDATE: Here's what the wound looks like now, I'm crossing my fingers and hoping it gets better soon!! To all the lovely people who commented and gave me advice, thank you very much!! ^_^ I will TRY to see a doctor ASAP :)

Throwback to how it happened (for clarification): When I got attacked by the cat four months ago, I didn't think much of these two wounds on my calf, as at that time, I was ignorant and didn't know about the lethal factor of cat bites. Over the months, the wounds seemed to be recovering like any other normal injury, so I did not think much of it. The strangest thing happened when I Googled about cat bites a few days ago, and found out that they can actually get pretty badly infected. That was the day when my wound started LOOKING like it was infected o_O I honestly have no idea what's up with my cat bite wound...

Looks much better! I have only been bitten once and it was a little feral kitten with razor teeth.  I ran to the sink and irrigated for 5 minutes with peroxide, bandaged and repeated twice a day until gone.
