Is Loki a noisy neighbour?

I live in a upper floor apartment and I'm really worried Loki is making too much noise when he's zooming around having a mad half an hour. I'm not sure if the lady below me can hear him and I really don't want to become a noisy neighbour. Do any of you live in upper floor apartments and can your neighbours hear your cats playing?

Hard to believe such a little guy can make so much noise.   But I know what you mean--we have three cats and when they're racing up and down the hall, you'd think we had a herd of elephants here!  Fortunately we're in a house and don't have to worry about bothering anybody with the noise.  If your neighbor hasn't said anything about it, hopefully it's not bothering her.  

I live on the top floor of a condo. We've had some complaints but they are not cat related (an older guy used to live there, and she was not used to hearing people walking around). I guess it would depend on how big your cat is? Everyone I've mentioned it to to has said there's no way my cat could make enough noise to be heard by the neighbor downstairs...and she is HORRIBLE. Complains about everything. 

I live on the sixth floor of an old Parisian building with old wooden floors and my adult cat and kitten love to run and play. They wake me up running and bouncing around and I have to wear ear plugs and use a white noise machine! 

The fifth floor neighbour is a pain, she texted me because I once had a friend over and was talking and another time she knocked on my door because I had one friend over and was chatting. So she is not an easy neighbour and yet she has never mentioned the cats. I think she has a flatmate or friend subletting now who I have heard stand on the landing and yell at my next door neighbour about his music at 11am on a weekday and I have never had this woman at my door either. It's a bit of a mystery, really, the kitties are super noisy in my apartment but I guess they aren't below. Apparently the neighbour/s complained to my next door neighbour about their footsteps, voices and music so I guess that a 4kg cat and kitten don't actually make so much noise when you're listening from below.

Either that or they are just cat lovers and hate people...
