Very sick kitten!

I'm new to this site and I'm trying to figure out how to post comments. I have an extremely sick kitten and need advice. She won't eat hardly anything, she is so weak and skinny, she can't keep her balance. The very says she had a bad case of gingivitis and had been on antibiotics for three weeks, she is getting worse and don't know what to do. I don't have allot of money and may can't afford many more very visis. Had anyone have any advice? Had anyone heard of this before? PLEASE HELP!

Has your vet discussed syringe feeding?  Has the kitten been tested for FIV/FeLV? Young cats with gum disease may have these ailments.  Has the kitten had a full work up? Blood samples? Temperature taken?
