How to prevent kitten from door dashing??

Yuki my 4 months old kitten always runs to the door trying to go out whenever its opened, even if we can't find him, once the door opens he goes to the door running!

I get really worried that I might lose him one day because of this

What can I do to make him stop doing this???
Is he just curious about whats outside or what??

I have one cat that has finally learned not to make a dash for it, but I still have to be on my toes when bringing in groceries or whatever - if I leave the door open too long or too wide, he'll try to surreptitiously sneak out. Cause he's naughty like that.

Hahaha hopefully he'll learn not to dash for the opened door in the future We always have to close the door very quickly before he notices that the door got opened
