The Pancho's in my town went out of business for a second and most likely final time several months ago. I loved and have been craving their flautas and taquitos. For anyone that is familiar with Pancho's, do you know any recipes that closely resemble their flautas and taquitos? All I know is that the flautas are made with flour tortillas and the taquitos with corn. I'm guessing that the flautas contain beef and the taquitos chicken or pork--but I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated!
