Yep.

For wet, Performatrin (Pet Valu), Wellness, President's Choice, no name, Friskies, Fancy Feast, Health Diet (Pet Valu), Grreat Choice (Petsmart).

For kibble, Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul and Petcurean Go! Free and Fit.

Due to budget issues, in the next few months I'll be cutting back to Friskies, Fancy Feast, and Health Diet supplemented with the same homemade raw (and whenever I remember, Nature's Variety raw lamb and duck bites) they receive infrequently, but the kibble mix will stay the same.

Absolutely rotate both wet & they limited kibble they get.

For wet foods we are currently rotating:  Weruva Paw Lickin Chicken, HALO Chicken Pate, Precise Chicken, Sheba Chicken Pate, Tiki Sardine Cutlets.

For their kibble we are currently using Instinct Chicken w/Boost.

Each order I place for delivery I just substitute what I'm low on with something different.  Those foods include EVO chicken/turkey, Tiki Puka Chicken, Merrick Cowboy Cookout.

Now that I found a local source for Rad Cat down the street from our vet, I'll be stocking up on some to try after our next vet visit in a couple of weeks.

Our rotation contains:

Nature's Variety Instinct Duck, Rabbit, venison, chicken and lamb varieties

Pride by Instinct Lucky's Lamb, Rockstar's Rabbit, Champ's Chicken and Daredevil's Duck

Nutro Natural Choice Minced and sliced varieties (turkey and chicken flavors)

Nature's Variety Prairie Homestyle Chicken and Duck and turkey and giblets

Natural Balance pouches Chicken, turkey and duck

Wellness Divine Duos chicken with duck and chicken with turkey

Soulistic Good Karma and Harvest Sunrise

Weruva Cats in the Kitchen Chicken Frick A Zee

Emergency stash of Fancy Feast turkey feast for kittens (in case they decide that what they have been eating is no longer acceptable. They can't resist this one)

I do have a few cans of Nutro chunky loaf in tuna/salmon flavor (got it for .40 a can at Big Lots) for an every now and then change. They eat very few fish varieties as you can see. I also have a few cans of Variety Savannah Chicken Crockpot and Mom's Turkey & Giblets. The chicken is a pate but does have some chunks in it and the turkey are cuts in gravy. They get these every now and then to mix things up a bit. I think that's it. I went off memory as I didn't feel like going to the pantry to check

Is Grreat Choice Pet Smart's brand? It sounds familiar like it is Pet Smarts brand in other items in our Pet Smart like toys , carriers, pee pads, etc but not food. The only Pet Smart brand food our Pet Smart carries is Authority. Also is Pet Valu a Canadian store?

Grreat Choice and Authority are both Petsmart store brands, and Performatrin and Health Diet are both Pet Valu store brands. Pet Valu stores are in the US, but not as readily available as a larger chain like Petsmart or PetCo.

Where do you order from. I would like to find a company on line that I don't have to buy a whole case of one flavor but I can buy single cans.

I change my kitties food everyday.   He's not picky so its easy to do for mine.

Natures Instinct Chicken, beef

Pride Rabbit

Natural Choice kitten or soft Turkey

Weruva all the chicken varieties

Wellness chicken and turkey pouches

Tiki cat chicken and egg (I buy this one very infrequently since its so pricey)

Tried Natural Balance Duck and Pea for the first time this week and he ate it.

Trying to find a brand that has a good duck, beef and lamb.  He was eating NI Instinct in these varieties but last time I tried them he wasn't enthusiastic about them.

I'm kinda excited...I gave him your list...he's getting Mikki her food tomorrow which is all FF, but he's going to slip in a few cans of your suggestions to see if she likes them. If so, I hope we can upgrade her to a better food. I assume the ones you have listed are all upgrades from FF classic pate?

They are very finicky  . I cannot try to slip something else in or they will stop eating ..

My sweet kitten likes a bit of everything. He's only given quality wet food 98% of time so i guess why there are no complaints.

Sheba, Fancy Feast , Fresh pet vital/select, and Simply Nourish are a staple.  (Sheba and fancy feast I seem to always have coupons for so more of that is always purchased).

Right now there is some purina natural and fancy feast dry food (his preferred). Which he gets a little every few days.

Primal and Aunt jennis homemade products are thrown in here and there. Im all about fresh/raw as close to his natural habitat so he gets this sparingly as it can be pricey.

He has at least a 2 month supply of food of the above but whenever im out i can't help but buy a different can of food here n there. For instance Rachel Ray was on sale last week i bought 2 small containers which he bit through one container when forgot to put them up ( he seems to really like that). Whenever I go to trader joes I also get him a few random cans.

So yes his diet is very varied just like mine
. So far only one product I tried and he didn't like , which was a dry food.

I can't order by the can.  I order through Chewy.com by the caseload.  I have been fortunate enough that if we're near a PetsMart, PetCo or Tractor Supply Co.  to try a can or two of this, that or the other to see if there is any interest.  I just got lucky with the Weruva.  Both boys love it .. of course .. it's the most expensive of all.  But if they will eat it regularly, supplemented by something with a little more fat/carbs then I'm happy.

Definitely an upgrade! My cats like chicken, rabbit, duck. They never liked turkey in the Fancy Feast much, it was their least favorite. They also do not like beef, venison or lamb or fish. Mostly winged creatures and rabbit. That would probably be what is eaten in wild not beef or deer! The ones listed are more expensive so you can start alternating with Fancy Feast. I have been through every brand and those listed are miss fussy pants favorites.

Pride by Instinct has duck and lamb and my 2 love both. The only beef they eat is from my plate if I'm having a grilled steak. Some people recommend the Merrick Cowboy Cookout but mine wouldn't touch it. They don't like any of the Merrick flavors I gave them to try though.

Yes, we do. Mostly because they get tired of eating the same flavors after a while. The outdoor kitties get 9 Lives Daily Essentials seafood flavor, then get switched to Meow Mix Crunchy Centers, chicken flavor. I have tried feeding them better quality kibble but they turn their nose up at it...

Nel is my main indoor kitty, she ate Iams as a kitten then got switched to the same as the outdoor cats (mostly based on price). She starred forming ulcers in her mouth and so we switched her back to Iams for a while to see if it made a difference. Well, it did. Then Purina came out with their "One" and "Beyond" brands. She eats them now and so far we have tried the salmon flavor and the chicken & turkey flavor. She very clearly liked the salmon better, so I will probably be buying that from now on.

When Glen and I get our own house I plan on having a screened in catio for all of the cats as well as give them access to the house. When this time gets closer, I will start transitioning the outdoor kitties to the same food that Nel eats and hope they like it. Lol. Will make things better for everyone, myself included.

I've only given him the Pride duck but I guess I'll go with the lamb as well.      I did try the Merrick beef pate once and he didn't finish it.   Not sure if it was the brand or maybe he's just not a great fan of beef.  He wasn't too enthusiastic about NV Instinct beef either.    Merrick has a duck so its between Natural Balance Duck and Merrick Duck.  I think Merrick throws in chicken in theirs but Natural Balance does not.   Blue Buffalo has a duck but they throw in potatoes in theirs.  Ugh

I swear I read the ingredients on cat food more than I do mine

I do not rotate my cat's food. They, however, do. I just wish they'd let me know what's currently on their rotation list, and how long before they change the rotation.
