HELP! My kitten pooped out a roundworm (photo included)

This morning, i found a whole roundworm in my kitten's poop. The night before she had terrible diarrhea, her poop was super runny, slimy and she was pretty weak with a little bloatiness at the stomach. She's a stray kitten that i had brought home to take care of the night before.


I know the best solution is to take her to the vet immediately but i won't be able to do that until tomorrow's midday, and it's midnight here at the moment. Is she in a fatal condition? What should i do to help her until her vet trip? I'm so terrified and worried about her well-being.

Thank you in advanced for anyone who can help me. Also any additional information on the particular sickness she's going through would be greatly appreciated!

I think it's a given that a stray kitten will have worms.  If she is heavily infested she may need multiple rounds of dewormer.  Is she still eating and drinking?

Hi, thanks for the reply! I took her to the vet today and they gave her a deworm shot. She got more energy after we went home and i'm taking her to the vet for a check-up tomorrow.
