Canned Tuna water vs oil

I was just wondering how many people on here feed their cats the tuna with oil and vise versa ? I have been feeding Bella and Thunder tuna with water. Which is really best for your cat ?  I only give them both it when I run out of cat food till I can get to the store that day.

I believe the only one that is acceptable for cats would be the tuna with water... I feel like I read someplace on here in particular not to feed the oil version. Usually the human tuna cans are packed in olive oil (not fish oil) and too much oil of any kind is obviously not going to be good for your cat's stomach.

I'd stick with the water. (:
