I took in a feral kitten with pneumonia about two weeks ago. She was on an antibiotic for 10 days and seemed much better. She was still congested so I continued flushing her nose for a day or so and shes been fine. I heard her calling from the bathroom and she just had foam all over her mouth. I cleaned it off and she drank some water but shes currently cuddled in my lap and getting foam all over.

I'm going to call her vet in the morning but does anyone have any suggestions on either whats causing this or anything I can do to comfort her? shes breathing fine, its just clear foam dripping out. I also found some vomit on my bathroom floor this morning, I wasn't sure which cat it was but now Im assuming I was her.

Sounds like excessive drooling which is a common sign of nausea. If she is in acute distress, call your emergency vet.
