Oh, those are great!

I love Halloween, I'm ridiculously excited about the chance to dress up and decorate the house already.

Those little pumpkins look a lot like Japanese Kabocha, you can get them at Asian fruit and veg markets. They're a lot tougher than regular pumpkins, you'll need to simmer them for a few minutes before you try to  hollow them out.

Good point! Here on the Cslifornia coast, we usually don't have a problem with the heat. But our 'Indian summer' has been crazy this year, it's 92° here today! Maybe I'd better wait s week or two on the pumpkin carving! Lol

I haven't been out today but I heard we are over 100° again.
