So, my kitty is about 6 weeks old now. She's very happy, playful, eats and drinks perfectly. She uses the restroom well, and frequently, never had diarrhea so none of this is an issue. Her anus is not red or discolored in the least bit, but it seems to be, i don't know, large? Protrudes slightly I guess would be the way to put it. As I said she's had no troubles passing, no diahrea, real happy and playful and doesn't seem to be in any sort of pain but is this something I should be worried about?

When I did all the google questionnaires they all said take her to the vet immediately, but they also included symptoms of redness, soreness, diarrhea, etc none of which my kitty has. I'm reluctant to take her to the vet because i've been about 3 times now just as a very paranoid and worrisome first time kitty owner and each time there's been nothing wrong with a clean bill of health.

A small protrusion is not an emergency but a prolapsed anus requires a vet.  See the link below to see where you may be with your cat and this issue.
