So Sunny my 4 month old kitten is a playful finger nibbler and I was wondering if this normal kitten interaction. She doesn't bite to hurt she just likes to pat them with her paws and then playfully nibble on them.

My kittens do the same thing. So I guess is normal behavior for cats... One likes to lick my fingers, and head lol
Yes, very normal. It's best to get them in the habit of using non fingers to chew on early though as it's not as much fun when they are a 15 pound catI recommend toys instead
The last time I brought a young cat home I made up a little sign that said 'fingers are not toys' as people just don't seem to be able to resist playing 'spider-hand' with kittens.

Well apparently she likes to nibble and play with toes under the sheets as well. When she's laying on my bed at night and I move possitions/roll over, she will see my feet moving under the covers and will pounce on them.
Another favourite kitten activity.
