How overdue do you think she is? If she is a few days overdue, that is not a big deal.  However, if you are sure she is a week+ overdue, you should take her to a vet to make sure that she and the kittens are okay.  Does she seem to be in any distress?

Once this is over, I hope you will consider getting her spayed.  An article about the advantages of doing so can be found here: http://www.thecatsite.com/a/spay-and-neuter-your-cats

Good luck!

Agree.  Cats manage to be some overdue better than humans do.  Its the premature deliveries which are dangerous to the kittens.

It depends also in much, how sure you are on the exact day of conception.    :)

Yes agree too ! Also The Siamese breed are well known for having slightly longer pregnancies than average. Normally around the 70 day mark compared to 64 days ;)

Cats can have a pause in delivering, several hours between kittens or even a couple of days...   Especielly if she had several males and several different matings...

The result is everyone is coming forward just in its own time.

If she is happy, calm, no problems, taking care of the already delivered kitten - you can wait and see.  Do observe, but you dont need to panic.

But if she is in troubles - long new labor, fever, bleedings, anything- contact your vet immediately.

Good luck!

ps.  Good you were there and present, and could help the first kitten!

Now you are officially a midwife, or earth-mother as is said in some languages.

thanks that helped put my mind at ease this site is great! Still nothing yet but seems happy, purring! Are there any signs of concern I should look for?

Like Stefan Z says, some signs to look for are bleeding, fever, a new labor that is taking along time and seems difficult.  You should also be concerned if she stops taking care of the kitten she's had or seems suddenly very lethargic,or if she begins to see agitated and distressed, starts howling, or anything else that seems like 'weird' behavior you haven't seen from her before.
