So I've been researching and can't seem to find anyone with the same problem as me... My cat is 1 yr old and developed these little white bumps all over his ear. Over two days, they moved to clusters of scabby dots on the tip of his ear and has bigger pimple like sores all over the back of the ear. These pimply bumps are now spreading down his neck and also to the other ear. The inside of the ear is perfectly clean. Someone help! My poor kitty 
Oh, and in the pic you can see a small cluster at the bottom of his ear but there is a much bigger one on the top of his ear tip.
