Are you supplementing the meat?  Or feeding this meat as only 15% of the diet?

Great that she likes meat!  That seems to be the biggest hurdle when feeding raw or home-cooked:  seeing food in a more natural state as food.

I feed my kitten (2 months old) boil chicken breast cut up in small chunk. She loves them like crazy, but am wondering if it is okay to give this as a daily diet.

Eg: once a day on top of the normal dry cat food.

It is okay to give your cat boiled chicken AS A TREAT as long as it is less than 15% of her diet but NOT AS THE ONLY THING SHE EATS. (Sorry for the YELLING but this is important.) Once a day on top of dry food is okay; once a day on top of wet food is even better :)
In order to make the chicken diet nutritionally complete, you need to supplement with a variety of ingredients. Chicken eggs don't make the meal nutritionally complete (although they are good in and of themselves); liver, kidney and bone do in most instances (and at the appropriate amounts).
Do read many of the threads at the top of the forum.

That would be fine but only give a very small amount, maybe a teaspoon worth. Maybe instead of giving some chicken for every single meal, maybe ony give it once or twice a week. You don't want your cat to get to the point where she won't eat dry food at all without any chicken on top.

As Ritz said, plain meat (either cooked or raw) is not a complete diet for cats unless you add in supplements or organs and bones and other things.
