My cats are digging those Devine Duos by Wellness (no carageen) chicken & turkey or chicken & duck, it's a toss up.

Mine only likes the FF Classic liver & chicken so-so, but I'm going to occasionally add it into her rotation for variety. I accidentally fed my cat kitten food again. >.< Sheesh. I went to Petco to pick up Nutro Natural Choice and found the soft loaf so bought that instead of chunky loaf since my kitty loves Iams kitten pate and that one's soft. She doesn't eat much FF Classics except turkey & giblets and I think it's because the pates aren't soft. I got Nutro Natural Choice chicken, turkey, and duck soft loaf and fed her some of the chicken one last night, then realized the can said "kitten". She seemed very interested but then only ate a little. =/ Occasionally I'll buy a can, but this is in third or fourth place so far.
It doesn't hurt anything to feed kitten food. It's just a little higher protein, which is never a bad thing (except in the case of certain health problems). In some brands the kitten food is more expensive, but not NNC that I've seen. My Charlie loves the kitten soft loaf best of all the wet foods I've given him.

I think soft loaf is different from chunky chicken loaf which has NO carageen
Jeez! I just assumed it'd be good if the chunky loaf was good. =/ There's so much to look out for in the ingredients. Thanks for letting me know about the carageenan!! I'll try the chunky loaf then, except I think my baby just likes super soft pate like the Iams kitten chicken pate.. It sounds like most cats like Fancy Feast but not my cat. At least she likes the FF turkey with giblets. She doesn't even like the FF kitten turkey pate, which I thought she'd love.

That's good to know. Thanks!! I've been a bit worried. Unfortunately, the Iams kitten pate is more expensive than Iams adult or FF, but it's cheaper than Nutro Natural Choice, etc. I'm rotating the kitten pate with the FF turkey & giblets and also experimenting every few days with a new wet food. The Iams kitten pate isn't ideal either. The list of ingredients is printed so microscopically small on the can, but at least it's wet food so I'm going to keep feeding it unless I find something she likes better. I'm also going to buy some FF liver & chicken so she'll be happy to get Iams kitten pate again or FF turkey & giblets. I do feel better about giving her the Iams kitten pate since she's eating Orijen & Acana dry food.

Chunky chicken loaf is pate(name is misleading). Try wellness Devine duos also. In little foil cups.

I agree with trying the Wellness Divine Duos. Lilith (especially) and Sophie both really like them. They may be Lilith's favorite of all. They are a bit pricey at $1.59 for 2.8 ounces but they go over very well. Petco had a sale last week on them buy 10 get 2 free. They are pates with chunky toppings

We have tried some Applaws varieties as well recently, they were on sale here and the kitties approved! I don't like the fact that they all have rice, and some varieties have things like pumpkin or cheese in them, which I prefer not to give them (without reason), but since it's only a little bit of rice (1%) I decided I can give it to them sometimes.

As we are currently already giving them 6 different brands (including Applaws) they have loads of variety, which I have always wanted, to be sure they don't develop allergies, I think we might stop here. Nothing else in the few pet stores around here is good enough, filled with other crap they don't need.

But we're set and the furry friends are happy, what else can we want.

Today I was looking for canned Rabbit food. My FIV cat is sick and while I feed raw I can't feed him anything that isn't HPP  so .... I found Wild Calling 5.5 oz cans 96% meat , no grain, no fruit, no veggies, no carrageenan. It does have brewers yeast and guar gum but the rest is meat , taurine etc. At Pet Food Max it is $1.69 a can. It has a great variety Rabbit, Chicken, Turkey, Beef, Duck , Buffalo and Lamb, Chicken with Salmon. Oh yes they also have salmon. So, there it is a grain free food 96% meat. Single protein! I am going to keep feeding 2 of my cats raw but my FIV cat will have this. I was going to start cooking food for him but I didn't want to.Love doing raw, hate cooking.I think this is my answer. He just loved that Rabbit. I saw that they carry this at Chewys several other sites. One of them you can buy per can. naturalpetmarketplace.com. Rabbit is $1.99 a can there. I will keep going to Pet Food Max

My cat started turning her nose to the chicken flavor of Indoor Friskies kind and have now found one she likes in Fancy Feast with a beef flavor. I've also found that she likes the 4Health chicken and beef kind. I feed her the 4Health Indoor formula for dry and that's supper to be a good food to feed. So I'm to switch around with some beef flavors but trying to find a better brand for her to inter mix with the 4Health ones that I get

My picky catbaby has a new favorite now: Sheba mixed grills entree. Not the chicken, but the mixed grills. It's awesome that it's cheap and grain-free, but not awesome that I have lots of cans stocked up of her old favorite: Iams kitten pate and then her former replacement favorite: Nutro Natural Choice soft loaf duck pate. =/

I have two cats that I have slowly switched over to an all wet diet. I started out with Friskies but after reading about how much better a Grain Free diet is I started them on Canidae Grain Free Pure Turkey & Rabbit and Chicken flavors.  I am trying to stay away from any seafood flavors so those two flavors are the only ones I have introduced.  Dylan will eat both flavors with no issues but Sammy is a little picky and won't eat it unless I mix a little of the Friskies in with it.  I plan on trying the Nutro Natural Choice next just to give them a little variety so they don't get bored with their food.

Lately, it has been Tiki Cat Chicken in Chicken Consomme.  If I have some of this brand on hand and try to feed something else, she will hold out until I give her the good stuff.
