Anyone has any suggestions for a nice pillow that elevates your head?

I love sleeping on the couch because the armrest elevates my head to a nice height by a gradual incline, so it looks something like this ____/, instead of ____| as it would be on my bed. I tried using two pillows but my neck hurts because of the 90-degree angle. between pillow stack and bed. I'm not sure I'm explaining this right.

We each use a king pillow on the bottom with queen pillow on top. Mollipop sleeps at the very top of the king pillow, so my queen pillow is down to about halfway down on the king.....did I explain that OK? That seems to work because I don't have the ________| on the bed; it's more slanted. The only problem is that since I sleep down farther on the bed, my feet tend to stick out over the end of the mattress. But Molli really likes to sleep on that king pillow, so I have to keep her happy.

Some great ideas here! I have a bolster, but I need to hug it or I can't sleep.
It's like a teddy bear replacement; same goes for everyone in my family. I haven't been able to find a bolster here because it seems no one knows what it is. I think a wedge pillow or another king sized pillow might be best.

The things we do for our little ones.
I'm too tall for my bed, so my feet is always hanging out the other end, but it doesn't bother me. Except when Jed decides to swat at them from the floor.
