Swollen eye after vaccination

As you can see my cat's eye started to swell three days from getting Biocan R shot (rabies vaccine) and it's getting worse. Could it be caused by the shot or could it be something else?

It's hard to say but I would call your vet and ask for a phone consult at the least.
