Kittens won't stop crying

I brought home two 12 week old Bengal boys, which were litter mates and they both will not stop yelling...and it's at everything. I live in an apartment and feel like they're crying so loud the neighbors are being bothered, I'm not sure what to do.

They will stop as soon as I sit on the floor with with them, but won't let me near them to pick them up to comfort them. I can't lay down to go to bed with out them crying.

When my cat was a kitten and I brought her home she cried and cried and ran away from me and would hide from me. I actually got her to come around by meowing. Funny as it sounds she would stop crying and come towards me and after a few hours or so she started coming to me and after that I didn't  have to meow or anything. I think they just have to get used to you
