I have 3 cats (8, 6, and 1). My oldest cat has been losing a lot of fur on her belly, and she has some bloody spots/sores, too. I finally found a natural canned food that she likes (Applaws). It's not cheap, but I'm willing to spend the money to help her get healthy.

Because I've had to feed her in isolation, I had to stop free-feeding all of the cats. They were all eating dry food (Purina One Healthy Metabolism), but I wanted to switch them all over to canned food. The other 2 are proving to be pretty picky. They like Applaws also, but I can't afford to spend $10/day on cat food (I also have a dog on a raw food diet). They like some Fancy Feast flavors, but not as much as the Applaws. I'm worried that they aren't eating enough, and I've read that sudden weight loss can be bad for cats.

I'm looking for canned food suggestions for picky cats, and tips on how to feed multiple cats wet food on a budget. Thanks!

Yes , feeding an all wet diet to multiple cats is expensive ..  You can try some less expensive brands . Friskies is a decent food . It comes in 5 1/2 oz and 13 oz cans for a decent price . Petsmart has  a few affordable brands in  5 1/2 oz cans . Authority , Simply Nourish , Great Choice . These are all under $1 per can .  You already mentioned Fancy Feast . There is also Sheba which is similar to FF at about .50 cents per 3 oz can ..

If you go with Friskies, you want to stick with the Pate versions.   The other versions  really aren't all that good

Friskies has a  variety that comes in 12 oz (I think) cans, which would be more economical or multi cat households.

Are you in the US? The Applaws canned food available in the US is a supplemental food only, not a complete diet.

I am in the U.S. So if my cat really likes Applaws, what else should I feed her? Would adding Fancy Feast be sufficient?

If you made Fancy Feast the main part of her diet and gave the Applaws as a supplement I think that would be ok.

The regular cans of Fancy Feast are fine to feed. Not those new Fancy Feast Broths in pouches, though.

Weruva is similar to Applaws but is a complete diet. It's pricey, though, and only found in non chain specialty pet stores.
