My tabby kitten, 2 months old, got Upper Respiratory System (we went to the vet) and also has mites in his ears. He's receiving treatment, but I googled up and discovered that he could have pneumonia? His breath is cackling and is pretty rapid and I saw that it was a general symptom of pneumonia. The vet never mentioned anything about pneumonia though..so am I overthinking or should I ask my vet again? I have never raised a pet before so any help would be appreciated, please! Other symptoms include (my vet knows about these symptoms) sneezing, watery eyes, and discharge from the nose. My kitten eats and drinks a LOT and is pretty energetic in the sense that he loves playing with his toys. But his breath cackling is still worrying me..what should I do?

As long as your cat is not having difficulty breathing(even if the breathing is noisy), you shuld not worry.  He will breathe easier if you keep him in a humid place, like a small bathroom with a humidifier running.  That thins the secretions from his upper respiratory tract and allows him to sneeze them out, just like you blowing your nose.  If you don't have a humidifier, you can run the  shower for a ittle while to create steam in the bathroom, and continue to wipe his nose with a kleenex, gently, if it is dripping out of his nose and making him sneeze.

Thank you so much for your advice! I really appreciate it because I was so close to asking an online vet (which costs $40) and I'm glad I didn't have to. I'll take your advice right now. Phew I'm so relieved! THANKKKYOU (:
