Is my kitten eating too much?

She weighs 4.42 lbs and is about 19 weeks. I give her 30 grams of wet food 3 times a day. She had a big belly so I cut it down to 30 grams each meal, now it's not so freakin' big!

She's a kitten and at that age, you should let her eat all that she wants. 30 grams of wet food 3 times a day is just about 3 oz which is not alot for a kitten. You may want to increase that. What kind of wet food are you feeding her though? You should calculate by kcal.

I feed my 1 year old cat about 71 grams of wet on top of 1/4 cup of dry a day - all grain free and high protein.

Regarding the big belly, has she been dewormed?

Yes she has been dewormed, it wasn't until I started feeding her as much as she would eat that she got a big belly. I give her wellness core.
