Should I be buying Nutro max canned over Wellness Core?

Wellness core or Nutro Max (which is better)

I'd think Wellness core is the better choice. I don't think Nutro Max is grain free or am I mistaken?

That is what I meant does anyone have ingredients on a chicken pate? Someone said no grain, low carbs, no carageen. Is that true?
