Hi i am completely new here and were it not for my turtle and white queen would never have found this site. My turtle and white is my queen named shelby and features in my other post. In total without the new litter that i hope to home we have 8 cats. Shelby and her sister a tabby called scrappy. A tabby and white called jimmy and his sister lucky. There is nuzzle and scratch, this pair nearly got seperated but scratch had an eye condition that rendered him nearly blind when he was young. I didnt like the new owners attitude so refused to let him go. This was a stroke of luck as they are twins
Scratch has since made a full recovery and has 100% vision. Then there is redneck a proper character and our old man shabby who i think may only have a few years left due to old age.
Shabby is the only out cast. Shelby, scrappy nuzzle and scratch are separate litters from our first queen who sadly got run over. Redneck is shelbys boy and a free spirit but funny. Jimmy and lucky are scrappys babies and our youngest not quite started showing personality yet. Will post pics and things in time but my cats are treated like babies

No they are family pets but my girls get pregnant just as we are about to book them in to be spayed. Think we got the advantage as soon as scrappys babies are weined they going in vet has assured us he will fit them in due to shelbys miscarriage

Good for you.

It's important to get your pets spayed and neutered as soon as they are big enough. A female cat's chances of developing cancer increase with every heat cycle and if your girl has already miscarried it does sound as if she might be at risk.

You can get the kittens fixed as soon as they weigh 2 lbs, it's much easier to re-home them once they've been spayed or neutered.

And yes, please let us see some pictures. It sounds like you've got a lovely family there.

Its upsetting the queen concerned has miscarried. Shelby, scrappy and their mum tiggy had nabies at the same time and shelby looked after all three litters we had to buy the feeding milk to ğive her to help her keep her strength up and the milk flowing

So sad about the miscarriage.  Rest in peace little babies.

That is a precious picture of the four on the chair together.  I have many photos where one of my cats decided to leave the scene as the shutter clicked.

I absolutely love that you have so many cats!

I've always wanted at least 4 cats, but at the moment we don't have the space for so many. Two cats in a 2-bedroom appartment is enough, I should think.

You have a beautiful family.
 Welcome!
