oh Canada~
Busy day tomorrow, so posting this just past midnight before I collapse into bed!
Other than that, I have an assortment of anime (Totoro, Sailor Moon, Chobits) and Final Fantasy posters on the office walls... one of puppies, too, and a framed picture collage of my first two dearly departed lovebirds.

Cliche for here I guess, but I have beach/tropical/nautical stuff all around the house for the most part.

We've only just moved in so haven't really got a theme going yet, unless cat furniture counts. We've built them cat shelving up one wall and a walkway around two walls. We're going to keep adding bits on until they can get all the way around the house without touching the floor.

None at all.  It is like I bought an item from each category to clash with the next:)  The baby loosely has a lamb theme so I guess that will take off in the next year or so

No themes.  My tastes are too eclectic.  Maybe slightly "vintage" overall.

My happy place.
I don't have a theme as such but I do have quite a lot of distressed furniture around the house which I did myself. I love charity shop finds, it's amazing how you can change a piece of furniture with a paint effect. I love anything quirky and unusual too, I have a giant @ sign on one of my kitchen walls which I found and painted and one of my hands that I cast in plaster on the lounge wall.

I always tell people that our home is decorated in "Early Ameri-Cat"
. So many pillows, toys, baskets, blankies, throws about the house and they're all for the cats.

I am back in a rented apartment so no theme.  When I was in my own home I liked a southwestern theme with a little Native American, I just really like the colors.  I know it's out of place in Ohio.  I have looked at some of the homes on Zillow in Santa Fe New Mexico and I think they are beautiful.

I'm with you--I love the colors.

Our bathroom has a sea theme, with the main colors being blue, turquoise, and sea green. We ARE on the coast, so hopefully that's not too cliché. I used to have a woven seagrass trash can in there, but my husband got a stomach flu over the winter and threw up in it, oh well.

Our kitchen is decorated in "outdated 80's style." I really don't want to live through a kitchen renovation, though, there is never a good time for it, but things are starting to fall apart in there so we are going to have to do something someday.

The color theme in the living room changes according to the season. Right now we have blue & cream pillows (on espresso sofas), and blue candles and throws. In October we change it to orange, silver, and black. At Christmas I change it red and cream accents (unless we are doing a blue & silver theme that year), and I have some floral pillows for the Spring, but I am always changing it because I get inspired by fabrics and then have to make pillows and then change all the colors.

There's not much of a theme in the rest of the house, except maybe "old farm house." We like natural fabrics and wood and don't really like to have plastics or synthetics around.

...with the cats...
no, no decorative themes in my house. i guess the closest to a theme here would be "cats". snick has more furniture, scratchers, beds, loungers, etc than i have for (human) furniture.

my house was built in the 1880's, so the items i hang up on the walls are things that i feel go well with a house of this age. i have barn stars, metal signs, hex signs, a few framed black/white photos of trees, and a few framed prints.

My mom is all about vintage... -o-

I have some pictures and merchandise of things I like in my room, but other than that, I don't know.

No themes, but we tend to have a lot of stuff that is rustic.

There's a small overhang between the living and dining rooms that we hang seasonal garlands from. The fall leaves just got put up yesterday, replacing the summer roses. Winter gets Christmas garland, and spring gets apple blossoms.

I used to have a rubber duck shower curtain.
My BFF's husband had a mini rubber duck hanging from his rearview mirror back when they were dating. They became a "thing" to gift him!

I used to have a chili pepper theme in my kitchen.  When we moved I was ready for a change.  I still use some of the decorations; but my colors are way different.  My kitchen color is a sandy tan on top and a dark purple on the bottom.  I'm working on some antique bronze and copper accents in things like Fleur de lis and things.  My kitchen is open to the dining and office area so I don't have a lot of wall space anymore.
