I found a farm that sells whole organic chicken with al the organs but I'm kind of confused on what to do when I get it, can I give her random parts and pieces of it everyday till she finishes it and then get a new one or do I have to measure it out so a piece of each organ, bone, and meat is in every meal?

Meat on it's own is not a complete diet. Do you plan on adding things such as supplements to the raw chicken? if you want to use the entire whole chicken without needing to add anything else, I think you want to do frankenprey / prey model which is feeding 80% muscle meat, 10% bone, and 10% organs. I 'm not familiar with the details of making sure every meal has the right ratio of meat to bone to orgran. Members of this board who do frankenprey can give you the info

I was told they need 80% meat, 10%bone, 5% liver, and 5% secreting organs. I looked at some mice at hare-today.com and it seems like prey model is expensive.

Yes, you are correct: 80% meat, 10% bone, 5% liver, 5% other organs. I don't know how expensive a prey model diet is. You could buy meat and organs and bone from a butcher shop instead of from Hare Today which could save some money. Of course, a butcher shop wouldn't have mice to sell
Hopefully someone here who does prey model will answer you questions

There are a lot of good articles at the top of this Forum. On kindle so can't link. I feed prey model raw. It can be expensive if you feed venison, or much more reasonable if you feed pork, chicken and or beef. I buy almost all my food at the grocery store, sometimes if I'm lucky at it's sell buy date at 30 to 50 percent off. You absolutely need to feed bone, liver and kidney or other secreting organ.
