Dr said its anemia

Not sure but a few months ago noticed my cat was not doing well so took him to vet they ran full blood panel and comes back he's has anemia. We weren't prescribed any meds just told he will be OK. Since then he is only peeing and pooing every few days in which they both smell like death. He walks in circles.... Stares at the walls....randomly just stops and stares at nothing.....meows really loud at his food at night only. I have no idea what's wrong please help.

How old is he?
Sounds like he could be going blind. Please provide more info. Such as diet, age, other cats, etc.

He is 13 yo....diet is Purina one for mature cats and sensitive systems we have two other cats one is same age other is 8 yo. We thought he may be going blind as well but when we put our hand in front of him he stops. As well as all that he lost a lot of weight.

Same food as mine. I also give mine hard IAM's original chicken flavor all the time. I leave a big dog bowl for my 6 all the time so they can supplement their twice a day feeding with hard food. Plus they get treats every other day just 10 treats each. 2 are over weight and 4 are good weight. You may want to try Purina probiotics it helps the digestive track of cats. You can get it on Amazon. Can you get your cat to play? Even if it's just to catch a string your pulling. Your cat can also be not using his litter box and going in a secret place you don't smell yet. It took us two weeks to find a secret place in the basement behind a desk and shelving unit my Sally was using as her own litter box. First came the flies then finally the smell. Once we found the spot, we took care of it immediately. We also lowered the litter level in 3 of our 6 litter boxes which we clean out daily. I use Swheat scoop litter. Are you in the states? Or abroad?

Have you done the home flea test on your cat. As something is causing the anemia. Do you know how to do the white paper test? If not, let me know and I will instruct.
